1998. A six-storey apartment building in Anatolia. And you, the new caretaker.

The bell rings. The man at the door holds out his ID: "Ahmet Yılmaz. Flat 8." The photo looks like him. The ledger really does list an Ahmet Yılmaz in flat 8. But the date of birth doesn't match.

Either you're mistaken. Or the man at the door isn't Ahmet Yılmaz.

THREE DECISIONS Admit. Reject. Call the police. Let the wrong person in and the building finds out the next day. Turn away a real resident and a complaint follows. Call the police for nothing and you pay for it.
